This is a newly created Internal Communications Manager role working for an Australian success story. Almost 25 years ago, the CEO started this business in his basement and 2 years ago it was floated on the Australian stock exchange. Even though this business is already pretty big with 400 people working in Sydney HQ and 1200 people around the world, more acquisitions mean more employees and they are growing at around 10+ new employees every month.
As Internal Communications Manager, your new role will sit within the Global team and be responsible for helping to develop and implement the global Internal Communications strategy. Working with the Corporate Communications Manager you will assist with developing communications across the business including digital comms, events, roadshows and more! You will also be encouraged to bring your fresh ideas on how to make communications more effective and engaging.

This team encourages fresh thinking and fosters fun and creativity, there’s no hierarchy here, this is a flat structure where you collaborate and innovate. A small, busy and energetic team that supports the business globally. You will be given the opportunity to get involved in many projects in this role, and during busy periods assist with media and PR.

Communication will be second nature to you and you can easily connect with people across all levels of the business. With around 5 years of Internal communications experience under your belt, you’re looking for your next role to really stamp your mark.
