Action Market Research (AMR) is an Adelaide based market research company focusing on data collection and results generation for the research industry nationally and internationally. The team is highly respected for their commitment to quality, service and willingness to help clients meet their desired needs.

The team are now looking for an experienced Data Analyst on a full time (2 year fixed term) basis. This computer based role involves participation in all elements of the AMR research system, with a particular focus on questionnaire review and design, questionnaire programming, analysis of data collected, preparation of charts and attending client meetings. This role reports directly to the Director, via the Research and Strategy Manager.

To be successful in this position, you will have a proven track record of managing competing commitments and meeting tight timelines, research experience in data analysis and statistical problem solving and working as an integral part of a team.

You will be responsible for ensuring highly accurate data collection and report ready outcomes for AMR clients. To deliver these functions, you will have a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Furthermore, the successful applicant will be:

• Highly skilled in the following software, including survey scripting, Excel, SPSS and tabulation software (such as OfficeReports, R, Quantum)
• Exceptionally data literate and have the capability to undertake statistical analysis for the benefit of AMR clients
• Able to effectively multi-task and prioritise important deadlines while maintaining clear lines of communication with management and clients
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Able to remain professional when operating under pressure in a small dynamic team
