About the business and the role
OUR TEAM IS GROWING!! We are a well known WA Ladies Fashion Chain with a fast growing e.commerce site that is building our brand across Australia and New Zealand and internationally. This role is an exciting entry level role where you will be given autonomy, lots of training and the opportunity to help build a business. The role is starting as a CASUAL employee with the intention to grow into a full time position. The position reports to the Online Manager.
Job tasks and responsibilities
THE ROLE
- Work on SEO, Google adwords, analytics and social media
- Photograph, upload and tag styles
- Assist in Picking & Packing
- Handle customer sales and inquiries
- Produce weekly fashion Newsletters for our database
- Assist in all aspects of running the store when required
- Generate new ideas for growth
- Work closely with 'brick' stores
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree qualified professional in a field such as Marketing or Business
- Experience in online marketing, SEO, adobe products, google analytics, social media
- Experience in fashion marketing or retail fashion
- Analytical mind-set
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Hands-on, flexible, motivated & energetic personality
- Excellent technology skills and a quick learner!
Skills and experience
2+ years experience in a similar role
Needs to be a problem solver and quick to learn new technologies
Experienced with Google Analytics
Proficient with Shopify or similar e.commerce platform
Experienced with bulk mail delivery systems like Campaign Monitor/Vision 6
Photoshop & Canva proficient
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Finger on the pulse in social media
Excellent time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
