The Company
This Australian boutique Event Management Agency is now a market leader with an international reach, specialising in corporate conferences, travel and incentive planning. A casual office environment boasting flexible working hours, and opportunities to upskill and promote to an Event Director role.
The Role
Reporting to the Event Director, a typical day will involve:
- Liaising between clients and internal creative teams to bring event concepts to life - conferences, gala dinners, incentive trips
- Leading a full end-to-end process of event management, from brief to on-site delivery
- Coordinating flight and accommodation bookings for large groups, alongside travel departments
- Managing relationships with all event partners and hosts to ensure smooth coordination and delivery
- Acting as an Account Manager for repeat business
You
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- Experience within an Events Agency
- Experience with end-to-end management of conferences
- Experience with group accommodation booking
- A strong grasp of Events software - e.g. EventsAIR, etouches
- Amazing attention to detail and ability to work in a high pressured environment
