About the Position
This exciting position is responsible for ensuring the broad recognition and branding of Onemda’s profile through education, awareness, relationship building and consistent communication. It is also responsible for fundraising initiatives to support the growth of Onemda’s mission.
Key Functions of the Role
- Marketing and Profiling
- Develop marketing and communication strategies
- Oversee a consistent, organisation wide branding approach
- Manage Onemda’s website and social media platforms
- Community Awareness and Relationships
- Promote Onemda via a range of key marketing events
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders
- Communications
- Build greater community awareness of Onemda through the introduction of social media platforms
- Manage Onemda’s internal/external communications, promotional material, press releases and media platforms
- Fundraising
- Develop philanthropic strategies
- Write and submit grants in accordance with funding guidelines
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline
- Ability to work with and for people with a disability
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement marketing and branding strategies
- Ability to think innovatively and conceptually
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
