We are looking for a marketing and business development coordinator/manager to join our team.
Our marketing and business development coordinator/manager will be responsible for helping our business and partners grow.
The marketing and business development coordinator/manager will be someone who can create funnels in their sleep, knows what it takes to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, and can help onboard new business.

The ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in planning and creating sales and marketing funnels

A typical day will see you:
- Identifying new partnerships with other organisations who service the cause space, and negotiating mutually beneficial relationships
- Finding new ways to help people to engage with real measurable value
- Developing and testing new funnels
- Coordinating growth projects
- Managing our external digital marketing agency
- Reporting on growth metrics to our team
You key Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Senior management in formulating and delivering on financial targets
- Targeting new client and channel opportunities
- Working with the senior leadership team to maximise production and quality
- Developing and drive long-term business marketing plans to meet the strategic objectives
- Supporting with marketing, brand development and ongoing process improvement
- Monthly sales reporting, highlighting trends and re-assessing priorities
