An exciting position exists within 4community for a creative and innovative Events Manager to join our expanding team.  Our recent growth and expansion of our service offerings, has seen an increased focus and future opportunities in the delivery of meaningful and cost effective events for our clients.

Our organisation will benefit from your experience and demonstrated ability to:

• Build strong supplier & stakeholder relationships
• Manage and oversee aspects of events, including but not limited to –
  • taking events briefs
  • venue selection
  • marketing to potential guest lists
  • engaging with sponsors to achieve the deliverable on sponsorship benefits
  • managing external supplies (fitout)
  • developing the program for the event
  • managing bump in and out for all supplier on the set-up day
  • attend and oversee the day to day running of the events as the key point of contact
  • managing budgets and keeping financial records as required
• Assist with securing media exposure on events in collaboration with marketing and existing client contacts.
• Ensure CRM and other systems are kept up to date with current information
• Provide regular updates and final reports to the Executive team including financial outcomes, sponsor feedback, attendee feedback and debrief.
• Deliver outstanding events with your proven organisational and team management skills
• Achieve event budgets and objectives within set timeframes whilst delivering on expectations
