Each day you come to work at finder, you will be sitting in a comfortable Aeron chair and working at a comfortable workstation in our stunning Sydney CBD office. The kitchen is well stocked with healthy snacks, drinks, fresh fruit and catered lunches are provided daily.

Who are you?
As finder’s Social Media Manager, you will actively build and execute a growth-focused strategy for social and distributed media. The internet is in your blood, and you'll thrive as our in-house expert in the culture, platforms data and the technology behind it. Your day to day will consist of collaboratively and seamlessly weaving news, guides and research into powerful stories for a variety of platforms and audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • You live and breathe the world of social - from the latest products & algorithm changes to the influencers and companies innovating in the space
  • Manage finder’s day-to-day social media strategy, content calendar, roadmap and tactics
  • Supervise and mentor a social media coordinator and any relevant freelance partners
  • Immerse yourself in the publishing and content team, collaborating with each category (from credit cards & consumer tech to shopping & insurance) to develop and execute a custom and harmonious social strategy
  • Collaborate daily with media production teams to optimise video and audio content toward user growth and retention
  • Develop, execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Gather, analyse and re-integrate data on the performance of social channels, create and communicate regular insight reports
  • Incorporate community management and growth strategies into the finder user experience
  • Contribute to the design, copywriting and implementation of finder’s growth marketing efforts
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with digital media influencers, collaborators and business partners

Skills & Experience:
  • Undeniable fluency in both established and emerging social media platforms
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences on social media through organic and paid methods; including insight into ROI
  • Collaborative, positive and authoritative, exceptional ability to manage ambiguity
  • Someone who does not procrastinate, with a bias towards taking action
  • Passion for helping Australians through financial education
  • Experienced working with software and tools central to the responsibilities of the role including insights, distribution and management of organic and paid digital channels
