Requirement

Make It Cheaper is at an incredibly exciting stage of our journey, preparing for significant scale-up and digitisation, and as such we’re on the hunt for a great Campaign Data Analyst – you’ll ideally have a solid understanding of call centre operations combined with a passion for great customer experience.

The role will be focused on:

  • Translating business strategy into customer / prospect lists and conducting quality checks on output
  • Creating data files for targeted marketing / tele-sales campaigns and customer communications
  • Building datasets that are the single version of truth for all campaigns; translating the results into self-serve dashboards using Tableau
  • Developing and evolving appropriate metrics, processes and tools to provide actionable analysis and report data
  • Partnering with our Marketing and Commercial teams to execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels typically including email, SEM, SEO, tele-sales and event-based triggers
  • Evolving the maturity of Mic in terms of our approach to campaign / data / lead management processes and measurement of marketing and sales effectiveness (working with our newly appointed and very experienced Commercial Director) 
  • Enhancing data architecture, process and quality management
  • Continually optimising campaign data through disposition analysis and propensity modelling
  • Creating higher value customer targeting by developing strategic segmentation
  • Improving our understanding key customers and high performing lead sources, enabling the sourcing of effective new acquisition data
  • Ensuring appropriate data augmentation strategies are in place, with a focus on driving future new products and creating readiness for “open data”

Skillset

The desired candidate will have exceptional data skills; a keenness to learn our business; a drive to innovate through the design of new processes; and the ability to effectively consult on the design of data execution methods with a naturally collaborative style.

You will also be a confident high-achiever with an outgoing disposition and a passion for all things analytical!

In addition, we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel
  • Tableau and SQL skills highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of tele-sales / marketing campaign data processes, ideally with experience of ROI and A/B testing
  • A logical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • A degree in a quantitative field preferred: Masters, or Business Analytics qualification highly desirable

We are ideally looking for a permanent member of the team – someone who can grow with us as we evolve, however a Contractor willing to commit for a minimum 6-12 months would also be of interest so please get in touch with details of your salary / day rate requirements.
