Role Overview

Confident in data analysis, communication and presenting, your role is to be a data and insights advisor to enable growth for a portfolio of clients and IRI, while managing service delivery initiatives in support of a broader team.   

Who you are:

With a background in shopper panel data analytics and 5 years+ in the FMCG space, you are passionate about making a difference to client growth and love variety of working across a broad range of projects. You are confident in your ability to add value and enjoy coaching and consulting.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Developing, maintaining and executing assigned initiatives to support client growth
• Contribute to and provide expert advice in client meetings.
• Develop and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Ensure all time is captured in CRM system
• Take day to day project briefs from clients.

• Use IRI proprietary software to mine data, construct analyses and provide insights.
• Present findings and insights to clients.

• Apply broader industry knowledge to enhance client outcomes.

What you need to bring:

• A genuine passion for service delivery and cutting edge technical ability
• Genuine desire to build and maintain relationships
• Highly motivated, self-directed team player who will work closely with the business to support service delivery and growth strategies.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
