About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Campaign Analyst to support the development of effective campaign targeting analysis for all CRM campaigns initiatives.
Reporting to the CRM Analytics and Capability Manager, this role will also see you responsible for the timely development and relevant reporting of insights to educate the wider marketing team on the CRM program and campaign performance.
About you
Your passion for Customer Relationship Marketing and extensive experience in analysing customer data to produce actionable insights coupled with your ability to communicate your findings to varied audiences will see you succeed in this role.
Previous experience in CRM and customer analysis as well as delivering timely data extractions as part of campaign management process will also be a vital component of this role.
Your ability to conduct post campaign analysis and leverage the insights to guide future campaign planning and targeting strategy as well as the ability to provide feedback and recommendations on an ongoing basis will improve the quality and integrity of our data and campaign process.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years' experience with CRM campaign measurement and reporting within a retail or similar environment
- Strong aptitude with simplifying the complex, turning numbers into insights
- Strong technical skills in querying, manipulating and merging large customer and transactional data sets (e.g. SQL, Base SAS and/or SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau)
