Having experienced significant growth, it now presents an opportunity for an individual with a flair for internal communications and marketing to join the Bapcor team. Based at Head Office in Preston and reporting to EGM HR, this role is responsible for driving team member engagement and connection through establishing, maintaining and co-ordinating a range of communication and recognition platforms and activities across the Bapcor Group. In particular, this role will act as the custodian of the Bapcor Intranet as well as the Bapcor Group newsletter, business unit newsletters, Bapcor recognition programs and employer branding initiatives.

With a marketing flair, you will be degree qualified ideally in Business, Communications or Human Resources and will have:

  • Strong internal communication experience across multiple sites with some exposure to change management communications
  • Ability to deliver an internal Intranet platform, Newsletters and Employer Branding strategies
  • Marketing experience would be ideal
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to deadlines and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders at a variety of management levels
  • Ability to work productively as part of a team, and also manage discreet projects independently
  • Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive issues
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills in order to plan work, meet deadlines, establish clear priorities quickly and bring projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Proven track record of working effectively under pressure and managing a heavy workload
