The Role:

This is a senior role located in our Macquarie Park office. As the Marketing Manager Digital Lead Generation ANZ you will be responsible to build, lead and drive significant growth in our digital lead generation capability to achieve monthly targets and ROI for sales revenue generated from digital marketing activity. 

You will be required to Inspire, motivate, and lead to build excellent inter-team and inter-departmental relationships and drive this culture through the teams to achieve and exceed established targets, and contribute to creating a productive team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, report on, optimise and grow each digital acquisition channel to ensure ‘digital’ delivers the volume contribution and ROI to achieve our revenue and P&L targets
  • Own the simple reporting dashboard, which projects acquisition channel results to the rest of the business including integration with marketing, contact centre forecasting and Business Intelligence reporting
  • Own the development of the digital lead generation strategy with the aim of leveraging current assets, scaling existing partnerships and establishing new opportunities.
  • Improvement in the understanding and shared knowledge of our clients and core target groups in the digital environment
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Contact Centre and Operations teams to ensure a consistent client experience across all channels
  • Advocate and generate excitement for digital media throughout the business by staying up to date with new trends, technologies and emerging opportunities.
  • Financial Management - ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
  • Manage performance of direct reports including communicating job expectations, coaching, performance reviews, development plans and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance, quality of service, productivity, and profitability
  • Provide Project leadership on initiatives across the marketing team in Australia / New Zealand and cross functional stakeholder groups
  • Listen, learn act: proactively engage in the feedback process with operations and actively participate in the close collaboration with operational stake-holders

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and evidence of further specialist digital qualifications
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role managing people/teams
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an digital lead generation role
  • An in-depth knowledge of the Australian and international affiliates markets, conversion rate optimisation, social media lead generation and SEM
  • Expertise in B2C lead generation is essential
  • Experience of Marketing Automation essential (Microsoft Dynamics preferable)
  • Experience of Google Adwords essential
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices essential
  • An in-depth knowledge of the Australian and international affiliates markets, conversion rate optimisation, social media lead generation and SEM is essential
  • Strong team management and partnership management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Driven and results-orientated
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • Highly numerate
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines often under pressure
