The CRM and Digital team develop and execute best in market communications to engage, advise and retain customers across multiple channels.
They are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a team of 3 and develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to existing home loan customers.
The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager you will
- Deliver data insight driven customer led programs of campaigns ensuring a rigorous test and learn approach is implemented
- Manage the design and delivery of multi-channel (including DM, SI, Online, eDMs, Leads, OBTM) direct marketing campaigns.
- Manage the needs of multiple brands.
- Ensure opportunities for cross-sell and retention of existing customers are maximised: delivering retention and revenue objectives within the overall Customer Contact Strategy.
- Oversee Direct Marketing creative from conception to the final production process
- Report on the performance of the campaigns at both a campaign and portfolio level.
- Lead manage and coach a team of Marketing Managers.
- Develop strong working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders across Technology, Product Risk and external Agency partners and suppliers.
The Person
To be successful you will be an experienced Direct Marketer with a passion for maximising the ROMI through bespoke customer led programs. Experience in banking and finance would be highly regarded but is not essential.
You will have experience in leading teams and enjoy developing and mentoring others.
You will have a proven ability to work with stakeholders across a large and complex organisation to put the customer first and deliver optimum campaigns to market.
