A brand new role has been created for a Senior Direct Marketing Manager with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise, who is passionate about Data driven marketing. You will be responsible for creating and leading the direct marketing program. As the direct marketing expert, you will provide leadership and day to day management of the CRM program to small business advertising.
The role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategy and communications activity and ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently. You will ensure all marketing communications, advertising and collateral promote the right message to be able to deliver leads to the Sales business as well as increase brand image and equity in the Australian market.
About this Team:-
The Customer and Marketing team are responsible for identifying and creating future usage and revenue growth for a successful business unit. The team is responsible for defining strategies for executing a marketing led, product enabled approach to market. The activities include setting the overall customer and marketing strategy, advertiser and consumer insights, experience design, brand management and marketing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:-
Direct Marketing
- Lead the direct marketing program and execute omni-channel campaigns to achieve strategic objectives and targets, from campaign conception through to implementation, optimisation and reporting.
CRM
- Define the CRM program the overall marketing objectives of demand generation in the B2B marketing space. Establish the CRM capability and lead the development of test framework for CRM campaigns and initiatives, activating in-market tests and actioning recommendations for future optimisations.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Lead the development of the Marketing strategy for small businesses and plan that is aligned to the business objectives. Provide the business with regular, insightful reporting that gives the business transparency on our marketing performance.
Design Advertising Activity
- Work with the Brand team to develop the advertising activity plan that will deliver the Marketing strategy and achieve revenue and usage objectives
Ideal Background and Technical Skills required:-
- At least 8 years experience in a Senior marketing or CRM role, preferably in a service based industry.
- Degree qualified in Marketing
- Expertise in Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential for this role.
