The role
PETstock is a fast-growing company and as such we have an exciting role for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our Marketing team. At PETstock our customers are our absolute #1 priority!
This pivotal role drives our loyalty program, PETstock Rewards. You will have the responsibility to create and implement customer loyalty strategies and solutions across the company, creating a personalised experience for all PETstock customers to ensure the messages that we deliver are giving a fantastic, tailored experience.
Some key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Have a passion / love for pets!
- Strategize, plan and execute loyalty and promotional marketing campaigns, based on customer need
- Analyse and interpret customer data to enhance campaign and loyalty performance
- Partner with IT to ensure effective data management and lead best practice CRM
- Lead weekly, monthly and yearly Member reporting and offer insights for strategic decision making
- Manage loyalty communication needs including data selection and segmentation strategies, campaign testing and execution, and customer communication scheduling
- Support quantitative and qualitative customer insight initiatives
- Leverage member transaction data to provide a quality data analysis and reporting service to supplier partners, including campaign analysis, customer purchase behaviour and insight
- Lead and manage the customer loyalty team of three
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Degree, qualifications and proven 3+ years’ experience in Marketing
- Experience in Loyalty programs, campaign Marketing and e-Marketing
- Proven 2+ years’ experience with Marketing automation tools, highly desirable: Oracle Responsys
- Strong CRM knowledge, most desirable: Pronto
- A solution focused approach, with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
- Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
- Team management, leadership skills
