  • $48.00 per hour plus super

 

Working as part of the Internal Communications and Property teams you will be responsible for the proactive delivery of Property related communications. You will support the development and delivery of communication content and activities, working across a variety of internal communication channels.

 

Duties

The Senior Internal Communications Officer will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Property and transition program and create communications for internal audiences that are clear and concise
  • Establish rapport and build trust with program and stream leads by being open, honest and consistent.
  • Provide expert strategic communication advice and support ensuring our communication materials are accessible and tailored to needs.
  • Manage the development and production of communications materials, in consultation with internal stakeholders, so as to meet tight timeframes and deliver quality results under pressure.
  • Produce content for use across a variety of channels, in particular the Agency’s intranet site (SharePoint 2013).
  • Provide considered advice on internal communications and employee engagement activities to help drive consistent and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure all communication materials are accessible and align with the NDIS style and brand guidelines.
