An exciting opportunity has opened in our Member Engagement team for an Event Specialist, undertaking a full time fixed term entry level co-ordinator contract until 15 March 2019.

We are looking for a motivated and positive individual to join the Events team at our Sydney office. This role provides you an excellent opportunity to:

• Manage and facilitate the high quality delivery of events including (but not limited to), workshops, seminars, social functions and member engagement events
• Be responsible for sourcing venues, managing budgets, liaising with suppliers, coordinating the production of course materials and evaluations
• Maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders and onsite supervision of product delivery - all with a focus on exceptional service for our customers

About you:

• Event experience is preferred, though not essential
• Completed studies in event management, project management or equivalent
• Solid relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation
