This is a challenging yet rewarding role, where you will get to experience, develop and help drive both above the line and below the line campaigns with an industry leader.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working in conjunction with other departments, the individual we seek must have a sound understanding of marketing principles and strategy, have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and accept new challenges.
The ideal candidate is someone who has formal qualifications and some experience in a marketing or advertising role.
Duties of the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Planning, developing and implementing. effective marketing external communication campaigns.
- Internal communications including community management.
- Using a wide range of tactics to attract new customers and encourage retention among those that have used us before.
- Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including newsletters, brochures, scripts and websites.
- Taking ownership of the sizeable Fallon Solutions community of members.
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Building and troubleshooting CRM automation campaigns.
Requirements of the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong project management/organisational skills.
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
Desired but not essential:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
