Channel Marketing Manager
About the Position:
Juniper Networks is seeking a high caliber individual to join a dynamic team responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of partner marketing campaigns and activities across key investment channel partners. This is a regional role with the responsibility to drive close alignment between Juniper and partner sales, marketing and business development in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in channel marketing and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of marketing in a sales-driven organization. The ability to multi-task and manage significant budgets (both OpEx and MDF) to ensure all spending has clear and measurable objectives that tie back to the defined marketing plans is critical, as is liaising regularly with sales management.
The candidate will be a strong presenter, capable of articulating the ANZ marketing strategy and specific campaigns to both channel partners and Juniper partner account teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate and execute channel launch strategies for product and solution launches plans to Juniper's ANZ reseller partners
- Develop and manage efficient and effective lead generation programs leveraging MDF program that can scale to support a large reseller partner base
- Work cross functionally with enterprise, product and field marketing, customer support, sales and training to provide channel expertise and ensure our channel is equipped to support our go-to-market strategy
- Establish metrics for, and measure performance against VAR partner productivity and development goals
- Own the communication strategy for VAR partners and channel sales organization, provide content and editing for VAR partner and Juniper channel sales communications
- Ensure Junipers channel sales organization is equipped with materials and information to help them support top tier partners
- Develop and drive targeted partner development programs
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of high technology channel marketing experience in a 2-tier channel structure
- Ability to drive programs and projects with a cross functional team as well as 3rd party vendors
- Demand generation marketing experience
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- BS or BA in Marketing or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in networking and/or security industry desirable
- Closed-loop lead generation and reporting
- Account-based marketing
- Vertical marketing (financial services, SLED, etc.)

- This role will be located in Sydney
- Relocation is not available for this position and applicants MUST currently reside in Australia with proper work rights.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time
