The Global Marketing & Communications (GM&C) team is responsible for enterprise wide: marketing strategy formulation; research and insights; brand management, channel marketing, content strategy, marketing services and communications, including client comms, client reporting and internal comms.
Due to some changes in the team we are now seeking to appoint an Internal Communications Manager. This person will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of all internal communications activities as it relates to the strategic objectives of the business, with a focus on staff engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of success managing end-to-end internal communications programs, have the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders, be client focused and show resilience and adaptability in an environment of ongoing change. You will also be highly digitally aware and experienced utilising digital channels as a means of delivery.
Preferably you will have a good understanding of asset management or a background in professional services and the ability to connect commercial and cultural ideas and issues.
This role gives the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise their corporate writing skills and bring an innovative approach to communications to a challenging and successful function, whilst building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders across a broad range of issues.
