Chrysalis Advisory has been in operation since mid 2016 and has shown positive and consistent growth to date. Our consulting services include high growth venture development, organisational transformation, innovation & grant funding, workplace investigations and mediation. With a solid offering and market reputation, we are now looking to further grow and expand our client base with the expertise of a sales and marketing specialist in the team.  

About the role

This role reports to the Managing Director, Chrysalis Advisory. The opportunity is to support the Director in management and growth across the Chrysalis Advisory services and to ensure outstanding client service and delivery.  

This role will own and lead the Chrysalis Marketing strategy, create digital and social media, and will be the first port of call for all inbound leads.

Key responsibilities involve sales and marketing activity including but not limited to:

  • Develop, lead and execute an effective marketing strategy that drives enquiry through digital engagement, events and advertising.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engagement to all inbound leads.

  • Manage all digital and social media across all Chrysalis Advisory services.   

  • Measure lead conversion, ROI and provide insights that can improve marketing effectiveness.  

  • Write website content and marketing collateral including tools and information booklets.

  • Seek partnership and sponsorship opportunities to suit services offered.

  • Manage Google AdWords campaigns include reporting and recommendations.

  • Develop a program of relevant events and seminars to the market, either via sponsorship or facilitated by Chrysalis Advisory.  

  • Create, manage and implement copy and design updates for the Chrysalis Advisory website.

  • Ensure Salesforce data is maintained for marketing purposes.

  • Ad hoc technology and systems projects to ensure efficient, automated processes.

  • Undertake projects to support the Chrysalis Advisory business plan.

We will provide a market competitive base salary, superannuation of 9.5%, and the potential to earn a bonus or profit share to be negotiated with the successful applicant. You will have four weeks' annual leave per annum and significant flexibility around the way you work and how you achieve your outcomes. Skills and knowledge required for the role: 

  • Highly organised, and able to work autonomously;

  • Experienced in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Technologically proficient in the use of Wordpress (or similar), G-Suite and Salesforce;

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);

  • Exceptional attention to detail;

  • Seeking a long term career with our team;

  • Graphic design capabilities desirable but not essential;

  • Degree qualified with a major in Marketing.
