Emirates Leisure Retail Australia (ELRA) is a subsidiary of the high profile Emirates Group a specialist in creating leisure concepts for the worldwide hospitality and leisure markets.
At ELRA, we have close to 100 Hudsons Coffee stores and 18 Bars / Restaurants throughout Australia - and expanding. This is a fast paced role in an office environment, suitable for someone who has worked in hospitality or retail from a Marketing capacity.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to work with our Hudsons Coffee brand. This role entails:
Brand Management:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop the Marketing Strategy for Hudsons Coffee
- Manage the social media strategy and the content planning
- Manage the Hudsons Coffee food and drink packaging strategy
- Keep abreast of competitor activity, and communicate and report to key stakeholders
- Lead events for Hudsons Coffee
Campaign Management:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Hudsons campaign plan, across the National business, State businesses and local stores marketing, for both Corporate Stores and Franchised stores
- Development of the full in-store POS suite
- Manage Creative partner relationships and print suppliers, including weekly WIP’s
- Define the digital & social activity to support campaigns to create awareness & drive footfall
- Detailed written briefs with clear 3rd party deliverables
- Critical dates schedule managed and communicated to key cross functional team weekly
- Co-ordinate and lead the campaign photography shoots
- Implement PR activity for each campaign / Brand investment
- Manage the Hudsons local store marketing portal, inclusive of print management
- Lead the weekly campaign cross functional WIP’s
- Develop the post campaign performance analysis
Stakeholder Support
- Franchisee Marketing onboarding and support
- Franchisee Recruitment branded tools
- Business Development branded documents
- Key contact for Franchisee Partner strategy, and development of new marketing tools
This role requires someone with the following:
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Ability to develop strategy and execute tactical plans
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in Retail or FMCG is a must!
