An opportunity has become available for an experienced Employee Engagement Consultant to join our passionate and innovative People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Leadership & Organisational Development Manager your role will involve developing and driving the Allity employee engagement strategy identifying new and innovative ways to reach our diverse and dispersed workforce. Someone with a genuine passion for, and experience in, employee engagement with some experience with social media-style communication will find this role challenging and rewarding. The successful person will consult regularly with stakeholders across Allity's network of Homes and Corporate Services and tell powerful stories that will inspire, educate and move our employees to action.
Qualifications Required:
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Marketing, Communications or Journalism
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Experience in Employee Communications with at least 3 years' experience creating content for internal and / or external clients.
- A forward thinker that can co-ordinate and prioritise with minimal management and at a fast pace
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Tailors messages to suit the audience.
- Ability to independently build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Service and results-oriented ability to work in a professional environment and possess a strong team focus
- Experience in managing digital channels and content management systems
- Copywriting experience and talent, with editing experience a must
- Able to deliver quality content under pressure to deadline
- Knowledge of change management principles
This is a "hands on" role suitable for a positive professional who enjoys working directly with the stakeholders to transform and build a sustainable business.
Occasional travel to our homes will be required however the majority of the time you will be based at our corporate office in Crows Nest. You will be joining a friendly, happy and innovative team.
