A.T. Kearney is looking for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join its Australian operations as Marketing Coordinator. This role will have great exposure to many projects and practices, and offers a great opportunity to grow, develop new skills and promote cutting-edge business topics.

As the sole marketer supporting the firm’s Melbourne and Sydney offices, the position requires a confident, hands-on marketing practitioner who can work autonomously day-to-day, while working virtually with APAC marketing colleagues and the wider global marketing team.

To meet the demands of the role, you need to work simultaneously across multiple projects and engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders, both within the local office and across the globe. You must be agile and comfortable switching tack to meet the needs of the partners and business.

Qualifications & experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or communications
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Exposure across online and offline marketing activities (PR, events, digital, thought leadership)
• Experience working and collaborating virtually, including with colleagues from other cultures and time-zones preferable
• Experience working with marketing services teams, whether in-house or agency
• Experience integrating CRM and email marketing

• Solid project management skills
• Solid writing and editing skills
• Effective collaborator, clear and concise communicator
• Hands-on individual contributor, global marketing team player
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects
• Self-motivated, stress resistant
• Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• CRM, email marketing and social media software skills
