The Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing advocacy and housing assistance for those in need, care and support to the lonely and ill, and camaraderie to enrich the lives of current and former Australian Defence Force personnel and their families.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to provide production support and execute marketing implementation activities ensuring the effective, accurate and timely delivery of lotteries marketing campaigns, meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of vendor relationship ensuring delivery according to brief, and timeline
• Understanding the marketing strategy through concepts in external vendor and design briefs
• Accuracy and efficiency in processing and adherence to Marketing Implementation processes.
• Demonstrated quality delivery by photography vendors, to brief and schedule
• Error free production for collateral and marketing campaign material
• High degrees of accuracy in invoice management and reconciliation
• Copy effectiveness, and production of required copy to production schedule and brief

Required Skills:

• Up to 3 years' experience in Marketing Department operation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to self-manage tasks and keep stakeholders aware of progress
• Excellent time management skills
• Financial management experience and budgetary reconciliation
• Time management and organisational skills to balance multiple projects
• Tertiary qualifications in related discipline
