Client Details
Our client is based in the Inner West of Sydney and are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist with a focus on Marketo to drive their online campaigns.
Description
The main focus of the role will be
- Manage and deliver the digital content and communications team, ensuring adequate coaching and development that drives digital capabilities within the team;
- Report on optimisation and performance of email, SMS and online campaign and suggest improvements for optimisation;
- Liaise with agency partners and external stakeholders on the performance of digital campaigns and service the needs of their digital strategy.
Profile
The ideal person will possess
- Working knowledge of Marketo is highly desirable;
- Previous experience of Marketing automation/ CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull out key data sets and optimise for next time;
- Experienced campaign management skills highlighted in another role;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
