Roles & Responsibilities

  • Utilize highly developed marketing analytics skills to dictate strategy, increasing brand awareness, customer reach and generate new business (leads)
  •  Work collaboratively with segment managers to create, roll out and manage (via agency partners)  
  •  Integrated digital campaigns to deliver qualified leads to the business
  •  Present digital campaign reports to senior management, assessing current and future investment opportunities to drive lead acquisition
  •  Define and review strategy across social, paid and owned channels
  •  Manage budget and vendor relationships to deliver multiple campaigns in a short timeline
  •  Strive to deliver tailored content via close collaboration with segment and product managers
  • Product Owner for the Salesforce.com relaunch project, which includes:
    • Head of Centre of Excellence (representing the Marketing Team)
    • The person who owns the application, enhancement requirements and the full product administration and delivery of the project: the product owner responsibility is to have a vision of what he or she wishes to build, and convey that vision to the scrum team. 
    • Works together with delivery manager to remove any and all things that are hindering or 'blocking' them, so the team can deliver the product.
    • Prioritise  the user stories and backlog, making decisions where necessary
    • Facilitate communication between Scrum team and project stakeholders
    • Ultimately accept or reject delivered user stories
    • Responsible for Risk Management
  • Own all Marketing Platforms across salesforce.com, Marketo, CMS. Including:
    • Building the strategy and roadmap for marketing platforms
    • Liaise directly with the Technology & Innovation team to ensure the website has the functionality and content required to support our customers, campaigns and communications
    • Influence regional marketing to support and fund roadmap initiatives.

Candidate Criteria

  • Must strongly align a genuine passion to the vision of the business
  • B2B marketing expertise, with demonstrated implementation of acquisition strategies
  • Strong project management with experience in leading multiple digital projects from start to launch
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills across business units decision makers
  • Managing CRM strategy, lead qualifying processes and reporting on performance
  • Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot or equivalent marketing automation expertise
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic or equivalent CRM expertise
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or equivalent web analytics platform to turn data into actionable insights
  • Sitecore or equivalent content management system
  • Google Tag Manager or equivalent experience for set up and reporting purposes
  • Highly developed Excel & marketing data analytics skills essential
  • Innate desire to solve problems, proactively capitalise on opportunities and constantly look for ways we can improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
