About the role
Located at our state of the art offices in Melbourne, we have an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Manager to lead the Loyalty strategy through to execution across AGL to increase customer engagement, loyalty and advocacy.
Leading a team of highly skilled Marketers, this role is also accountable for the planning, development, execution and optimising marketing initiatives that deliver to the Customer Marketing Plan and ultimately the Customer Markets objectives.
Key accountabilities
The role will have three direct reports and will be responsible for developing and executing the Loyalty strategy that recognises and rewards customers for their depth and breadth of relationship with AGL, driving advocacy and loyalty – increasing retention of AGL customers.
The purpose of the Loyalty Manager role is to lead the development of the Loyalty strategy that leverages new and existing propositions.
Some of the key accountabilities are as follows:
- Develop Loyalty marketing strategies that leverage AGL’s brand, products and capabilities to deliver to Customer Markets priorities
- Collaborate cross functionally across Customer Markets to align on priorities and resourcing
- Manage and negotiate strategic partnerships that will deliver value to AGL and our customers
- Leverage data, insights and capability to personalise communications with our customers, align offer, message and channel to customer need
- Drive a culture of high performance amongst the team of Marketers and encourage a lean and AGILE approach to delivery
- Drive the financial planning to optimise the allocation of Marketing budget to drive productivity and optimal ROI
About you
If you are a strategic thinker, have strong stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated leadership skills in a similar role and a strong business acumen, this may be the perfect role for you.
Some of the key skills we are looking for are as follows:
- Demonstrated experience in Integrated Marketing strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience developing whole of business Loyalty proposition strategies including but not limited to Rewards.
- Experience delivering omni-channel personalisation at scale through platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Sitecore, Pega. Marketo would be highly regarded.
- Previous leadership experience in complex environment including leading direct reports
- Relationship, Budget and supplier management.
- Understanding of communications development, campaign management & implementation and production processes and how this relates to the online space.
