Burbank Group consists of the award winning Burbank Homes with operations in VIC, NSW, QLD & SA. However, we are more than just home builders! We also have a land development company, licenced electrical and plumbing businesses, a finance company and many more!

And…..Our fantastic Marketing team are searching for a new member! In this role, you’ll bounce between our Altona and Melb CBD offices and will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activity for our broader group of companies including National Pacific Properties, Vault Plumbing, Dynamic Technology Solutions, Beacon Building Services and Storage Box.
  
‘A week in the life’ –

• Coordinating all marketing activity as determined in conjunction with our Group General Manager, Brand and Marketing and the Assistant Marketing Manager, Burbank Group
• Driving continual brand enhancement in all internal and external communication activities
• Working as the conduit between the Burbank Group and our digital marketing providers
• Securing the most effective media placements for all forms of media advertising, either directly or through media agency partners
• Creating marketing briefs for the design studio, ensuring all stakeholder are properly briefed and that all briefs are met
• Representing Burbank Group as required – key stakeholders including industry associations, prospects and customers, suppliers and local communities
• Ensuring appropriate signage is produced and installed at NPP land sales offices and assisting in the setup of office prior to openings

To win this role –

• You’ll bring 2-3 years’ industry experience along with qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline (preferred)
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with high attention to detail
• You’ll be able to work independently and part of a wider team
• You’ll be customer focussed and a self-starter who thrives under pressure
• You’ll be able to collaborate productively with other staff within our Burbank Group and externally
• You’ll have a current Australian driving licence
