The opportunity
With the primary focus of our business strategy being around our customers and delivering a targeted and specialised level of service that retains and acquires new customers we need to expand our current Customer intelligence team to ensure success is achieved. We are now recruiting for CRM Campaign Coordinator to join the team.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will responsible for driving customer marketing campaigns across various mediums including email, SMS and push notifications. With you having an analytical mind, with a flair for creativity, will ensure that the customer communication delivery promotes profitable customer activity and creates customer value, with specific focus on acquisition and customer engagement, which is aligned to the customer acquisition and engagement strategy.

Having an enthusiasm and passion for Wagering, Sports and Racing will go a long way in understanding our priority customer segments and how to drive effective customer engagement strategies.  Your ability to plan, implement and analyse CRM campaigns to ensure objectives are met and key learnings are captured is a critical function of this role and will assist you in being able to  contribute to the development of the customer acquisition and engagement strategy moving forward. It goes without saying this position requires data analysis; collecting and collating data to report on KPIs and other measures including  life-cycle drivers, acquisition, customer profitability, incentive effectiveness and attrition rate are all duties part of your normal day.

About you
• Previous relevant experience undertaking customer communication strategies
• Previous CRM database management experience
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and Excel
• Ability to derive insights from complex data sets to recommend improvements to business
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team
• Excellent written skills with preference on experience in developing engaging copy for use in communications
• Demonstrated promotional and campaign execution skills, including the ability to conceptualise and implement successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task
• 1-2 years hands-on experience in direct marketing or CRM is desired
