We have an immediate requirement for a Marketing Executive to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract for our Urban Regeneration business.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will focus on supporting the creative execution and management of key marketing strategies for Melbourne Quarter to drive sales, settlements, leasing and increase project visitation.
The Marketing Executive will work to deliver marketing publications and collateral, execute events as part of place activation strategies and assist with PR and advertising for the project. You will work collaboratively and contribute your creative skills to help bring to life our new neighborhood focusing on delivering creative and engaging content. This role will also play a key role in engaging and supporting our retailers and bringing the place to life. You will also provide administrative support as required.
Reporting to the National Strategic Marketing Manager, you will assist in the implementation of key marketing initiatives including precinct wide branding, digital and social media campaigns as well as stakeholder and community engagement through co-created or acquired activities and events.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in a Marketing, Digital or Community Management related role, preferably in the property or destination marketing sector; assisting in executing campaigns and managing detailed projects on tight timelines and budgets. You’ll have a strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations and strategic oversight, allowing you to understand the big picture.
