An exciting opportunity for Marketing Manager to join a successful fast paced Australian Designer Brand. This is a unique role where your highly organized and extremely detail oriented self will be the link between the Marketing Director and the team of Talented Marketers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise, run and monitor the marketing and trade calendar to fulfil key sales and brand elevation objectives
  • Lead the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and materials across all channels
  • Work closely with, Retail, Digital and Ecommerce team to create fully-integrated campaigns across all channels
  • Develop traffic-generating marketing campaigns and initiatives for boutiques and website
  • Own the retail events marketing calendar, with a focus on creating new reasons to visit stores
  • Develop promotions that focus on ‘adding value’ rather than discounting
  • Be a key point of contact for retail centres and wholesale partners (domestically and internationally)
  • Develop, execute and supply collateral and materials to wholesale and retail partners, to generate sales
  • Work with international wholesalers to improve representation through their marketing channels
  • Liaise with media agency to build and execute a relevant media plan

 

Skills & Knowledge to be successful in the Marketing Team

 

• Have a strong understanding of brand expression and the DNA of the brand

• Focus on elevated marketing executions, which fulfil business (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI) and brand objectives (elevation, RTW focus)

• Have a thorough understanding of the customer – current and future – and how they shop

• Have a thorough understanding of the retail, wholesale and digital channels

• Ability to manage a budget and work within budget allocations

• Excellent at problem solving, trouble shooting and decision making
