About You:
- Must have a Marketing Degree and at least 2 years post graduate experience.
- Passionate about connecting people through marketing channels.
- Switched on Problem solver, with a can do attitude.

About the Role:
This is a highly creative role that is vital to our sustained growth. As such we are seeking a competitive, top performing individual who would like to be recognised for their talent.
The position of Marketing Co-Ordinator is designed to assist the Business Owners to achieve the following 5 Key Marketing Objectives:
- Create a strong brand presence with our Unique Point of Difference
- Assist with expansion to second location
- Create long term Marketing Strategies and assist all staff to implement the Companies Marketing Plan
- Generate strong leads for the sales team to convert
- Significantly increase our businesses market share
Mediums Include:
Social, Print, Web, SEO, Digital, Newsletters among others.
Key Tasks:
- Run the Facebook Page and respond to customers to generate leads for the sales department.
- Build and promote our brand products, with free and paid advertising.
- Marketing and Advertising Campaign Creation and Management, POS Materials, Trade Expo Materials Sales Generation, Product Development and Public Relations.
- Promoting and creating Campaigns to foster Customer Loyalty including Mailouts and Promotions
- Manage multiple work streams and conflicting deadlines
- Assess social media ad campaigns success/failure learn from and develop better content to obtain more engagement and higher conversions. Working towards fresh, cost effective promotions and lead generation.
