The Business
 
My client is a leading financial services corporation with a focus on finance, insurance and banking. They are currently looking for a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to work across all their brands and join their growing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role reports into the Customer Lifecycle Manager and will be part of a high achieving seven person team across Australia.
 
The Role
 
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • End to end integrated campaign management
  • Marketing automation campaigns
  • Customer lifcycle marketing
  • Test and learn programs
  • Tracking, reporting and optimising on campaigns
  • Developing personalised campaigns and communications
  • Execute retention and engagement strategies
  • Project management
 
Experience/Skills
  • 3+ years of experience with a focus on direct or customer marketing
  • Financial Services experience is a plus, but not essential
  • End to end integrated campaign management experience is essential
