We are currently looking for an International Marketing Officer to be based at our Byron Bay campus, the role would be responsible for assisting with ongoing marketing and profile raising to promote the recruitment of International Students.
Using strategic pathways, we want someone who can execute marketing initiatives for our global sales team, while support our student recruitment efforts throughout the world. This person will have a high level of marketing experience in an education environment, with a strong appreciation for further education.
Key Objectives are:
- collaborate with the brand specific Marketing teams to successfully plan, conduct and develop marketing and promotional activities
- Develop marketing and communication activities and plans
- Promote and conduct International agent and student campus tours and applicant interviews
- Deliver International marketing programs with key stakeholders
- Work with key stakeholders to plan, organise and attend promotional events
- Assist in the assessment, booking and creation of advertising opportunities
- Assist in training and updating staff on professional presentation and marketing techniques for International recruitment
- Assist in informing staff as to updated promotional materials
- Work with the Brand portfolio Marketing teams to ensure smooth running of processes
- Provide timely reports and market intelligence to Management about International student recruitment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Post-secondary Qualification, preferably within either Marketing or Business Studies
- Demonstrated high level of marketing and communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven organisational skills;
- Ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in the use of the required hardware and software
- Demonstrated client service orientation
- Ability to work in and foster a harmonious working environment
- Willingness to pursue professional development opportunities
- Experience in marketing education to International students
- Understanding of WH&S, Anti-Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Access and Equity, EEO principles and practices and other relevant legislation;
