About the role

OZtrail is experiencing exciting growth and has the rare opportunity for a driven Marketing Coordinator to join the head office team based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist the marketing team with the daily coordination of all marketing campaigns, including traditional and non-traditional. We are looking for someone with a positive team attitude, with the ability to work efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the digital marketing strategy including day to day website promotions via the Shopify platform
• Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Content creation ranging from social media posts through to video scripts
• Copywriting, editing and proof reading of a variety of marketing materials
• Coordinating graphic design of product packaging, promotional materials, website and social media content
• Assisting with the coordination of company events and tradeshows
• Maintenance of various databases including our master product database
• Sales reporting and trend analysis
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external customers

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role with a digital platform
• Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform or similar is essential
• An innovative thinker with great communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management skills essential
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong typing skills (ideally min. 40wpm)
• Drivers licence required
