This brand new opportunity has been created in this well-established national insurance and financial services company. These amazing modern offices are based in the CBD very close to public transport.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this diverse marketing position will play a critical part coordinating the effective delivery and implementation of internal and external marketing and communications initiatives.
You main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- coordinate data and content to develop and deliver email marketing campaigns and communications
- assist with writing, reviewing and publishing content on internal and external platforms
- populate internal templates to assist the business to produce presentations, reports and submissions
- assist with testing for digital projects and platforms
- review content and communications prior to PDR sign-off
- conduct research as required
- develop templates and survey including collating results
- coordinate sponsorship opportunities and requests
- develop and maintain banners and events marterials
- coordinate the set up of external and internal events
- coordinate and maintain the online print ordering system, company stationary and promotional merchandise
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar)
- Proven experience in a Marketing position in both communications and digital would be desirable
- Experience in content writing and strong MS Office and Adobe Suite skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A passionate and positive attitude to represent and promote their brand
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive nature
- Ability to build relationships and manage key stakeholders
- Strong decision making and influencing skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with other team members
- Drive and the ability to HAVE FUN!
