IMG is seeking an outstanding Senior Designer to become part of its Marketing team based in IMG’s Melbourne office. The APAC Marketing & Brand Solutions division is charged with the creative development and execution of branded proposals and sales collateral to potential sponsors supporting the expansion of Endeavor’s owned and operated properties.

The Senior Designer will be a passionate, fresh and creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into relevant design for sponsorship proposals.  He/she will be responsible for working on ideation, development, and execution of sales and business development concepts and materials for both current and potential clients of Endeavor events, thinking up new ideas to the table and them bringing them to life visually any creating stellar sales material.  He/she will be able to demonstrate understanding of brand design and brand activation ideas, ideally having worked on pitch development & sponsorship activations prior.

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Develop brand activation and communication ideas solutions for the client across appropriate marketing channels relevant to the Endeavor event.
• Synthesize and translate all other creative briefs assigned to incumbent, orchestrate all creative aspects, and coordinate all constituents to execute final proposal output.
• Contribute & develop proposal storytelling as well as define document look, feel and outstanding layout design.
• Provide hands-on design support to other team members as required by workload, resources, and client needs.

You will have 4+ years’ experience preferably in event, branding, or communications agencies, with a background in graphic design & branding. Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant field of study is required. You will be proficient in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint. All software will be operating on Apple Mac OSX. You will possess a deep and broad knowledge accounts in various industries and ensure that the team understands and articulates the brand according to established guidelines and philosophies. You also will be an expert in basic design principles including layout, typography, form, colours and other. In addition you will have a great understanding of branding/brand development with the ability to creatively develop, visualise and apply the principles of an identity and visual system across multiple touchpoints such as but not limited to print and digital collateral, environmental graphics, data visualisation, social media, video, web, mobile and other.
