Your new company
Your new federal government agency seeks to benefit the Australian public. The content centre team within the agency is tasked with the communication efforts at a local, regional, and national level to ensure all consumers are informed on the future of health.
Your new role
The new organisation is looking for a passionate content producer who is informed on current digital trends, topics and technology.
You will work to create copy and content to support the team and the organisation by communicating with the agencies voice.
Naturally you will collaborate with multiple internal and external stake holders, to produce the content. You will also work with your team and provide support and training to staff in web publishing, SEO and digital technology in general.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong understanding of translating technical concepts into plain English and prepping content for digital channels, media, blogs, and print will make you a strong applicant for the role.
A large part of your role will involve the creation of digital content and using data analytics to improve upon the digital presence.
You must have previous experience in communicating through the department’s tone of voice to the target audience. High attention to detail and proven quality in written work including, spelling, grammar, and flow are integral to the role.
You must have previous CMS experience, as well as a strong understanding of WCAG 2.0. Experience with HTML & CSS will be highly regarded, as this will help you effectively troubleshoot any issues.
