As part of the investments marketing team within the wealth management division, you will work in cross functional teams and be responsible for developing a range of marketing strategies, campaigns and programs to drive fund flows from a range of channels including financial advisers, retail and institutional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of marketing plans and strategy to drive fund flows through a range of marketing campaigns and activities
- Work with a variety of specialist teams to enhance campaign performance including content/social, data/analytics, research, digital and CRM
- Build the profile and brand awareness through institutional channels to increase penetration and revenue
- Enhance customer satisfaction, customer experience and NPS in all channels through research based marketing campaigns and programs
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field- essential
- 5+ years investment management/wealth management marketing experience- essential
- Understand of and experience in all distribution channels (retail, adviser and institutional)-preferred
- Proven ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex investment concepts/ideas into compelling marketing and communications
- Strong skiills across the marketing mix in B2B context
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship building skills demonstrated in complex environments
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and proven ability to work with relevant stakeholders in investments e.g. sales, distribution, analysts etc.
- Proven team player, able to thrive in a highly changeable setting and work with people cross functionally
