people2people are collaborating with an insurance giant with a large focus on care, who are currently looking for a Communications Manager in the Sydney CBD on a 12 month assignment with likely extension.
 
THE ROLE

In this role, you will manage and deliver the communication strategy and plans for this large scale transformation project, including:

• Developing tactical plans and content to manage proactive communication opportunities
• The role will be heavily focused on delivery of a transformation project, with some business as usual duties (newsletter, creating talking points for spokespeople) as required
• Liaising with a high volume of internal stakeholders to define the needs and objectives of the business
• Develop and deliver messages using a variety of resources to ensure it reaches target audiencess

ABOUT YOU

To be eligible for this role you must:

• Be a proactive, enthusiastic and innovative member of this collaborative and passionate team
• Experience in large change transformation projects within tight deadlines
• Have tertiary qualifications in communications or equivalent practical experience
• Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Background in integrated care industry highly beneficial
