Following a review of our organisational structure, we are excited to announce the introduction of a number of new positions in our Trustee office based in Canberra.

The Communications and Digital Content Officer will support the Marketing, Education, Communications and Advice team with the implementation of the communications strategy and initiatives, including the preparation and coordination of communication materials. This role will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Funds digital communication platforms including the website content and other media platforms to ensure digital standards are maintained and aligned with the brand and culture of MTAA Super and will escalate as required.

The successful applicant will bring the following experience, and educational requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communication, Journalism, English or a related discipline;
  • desktop publishing and web content software e.g. MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Sitecore or related software packages;
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media and digital platforms, including experience managing content for websites;
  • Experience using HTML/XHTML;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in peak periods;
  • Well-developed writing skills;
  • Experience in communications in a highly regulated industry sector is desirable but not essential.
