We are inviting an experienced and proactive person who would like to work in a flexible and convenient city fringe location (Richmond Victoria Gardens).

Role and Key responsibilities

The role involves responsibility for our marketing initiatives and CRM database and as such requires liaison with senior management, the sales teams and external marketing agencies.

To do this you will need to have a strong understanding of on/offline marketing and using both in-house and third-party technologies and analytics and how these underpin a company’s sales and marketing performance in acquiring new and nurturing existing customers.

Working closely with key internal stakeholders you’ll provide insight into future customer contact strategies and initiatives across online, EDM, SMS and voice, build business intelligence models and identify improvement opportunities and thus develop the company’s customer database.

In addition, you will ultimately assume responsibility for developing further the companies contact strategy (phone, email, chat and SMS) using its multi-channel telephony and CRM system as the hub.

Skills

You will need to be flexible and multi-disciplined with a strong technical background and, given the variety of the role, possess excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to provide valuable foresight from data in a timely fashion.

Organisational and self-management skills including the ability to deal with conflicting priorities, timeliness and attention to detail.

Proven experience within a medium – large sales and marketing driven company would be highly beneficial
