What you will do

• Work with the CRM Data team to deliver Direct Marketing campaigns to customers, including preparing briefs, liaison with agencies, project management, production control, compliance approval, template development, send management, SPAM and regulatory compliance and post-campaign analysis;
• Champion best practice CRM and campaign development in all areas of campaigning, from setting priorities and focus, through segmentation and targeting, to responsive design and personalisation;
• Develop and execute communications using multi-channel (including email, Push messaging, SMS, phone, DM, Web and App) campaigning;
• Provide support for the Membership & Loyalty and Lifecycle CRM functions where needed.

What you will bring

• Campaign management ability including email, SMS, push and basic HTML coding
• Time management skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
