We are on the hunt for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our busy and growing team. 

About Let's Get Care:

Let's Get Care (www.letsgetcare.com.au) is a aged home care provider unlike any other in Australia.  We specialise in maximizing funds for Home Care Package holders.  For those unfamiliar with Home Care Packages they are simply this:  funding from the government to assist individuals to remain living at home longer. The funds are generally used for services such as personal care assistance cleaning and gardening.  These services help the individual stay at home longer where they want to be. The unfortunate reality for some people is that they are forced into residential care when they would prefer to stay at home, simply because they can't access enough services with their funding. 

Our growth since launch has been nothing short of incredible.  Keeping up is a daily challenge but we are well equipped.  Our team is made up of experienced, passionate, innovative individuals, focussed on maximizing growth opportunities while maintaining customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Updating existing marketing and sales materials as needed;
  • Writing original content that is within brand;
  • Coordination with our graphic design and web development team as needed;
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM System;
  • Creation of sales support materials;
  • Updating our Wordpress site;
  • Ensure sales-related materials are current and on hand for the team;
  • Identify and propose improvements;
  • Assist in the preparation and organising of events;

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or Diploma Qualifications;
  • Excellent proven writing skills;
  • Previous marketing and/or sales experience;
  • Great computer skills;
  • Professional and well presented;
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A team player with high level of dedication.

The Details:

  • Full time position Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • Start date is as soon as possible
