Who we are:
For more than 20 years IER has provided advice to a range of sport and leisure organisations, major events, national sporting leagues and tourism authorities in Australia, New Zealand and North America.
IER has considerable breadth of industry experience ranging from racing, to AFL, tennis, cultural, and local community events. Common to all projects is IER's customer-focused approach, providing new insights into managing the experiences and relationships with customers.
The Role:
You would be required to be constantly engaging with members of the public asking them to complete a short face-to-face survey (2-3 minutes) about their attendance at the event.

Key Requirements & Skills:
- Eligible work rights in Australia
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role
- Proficient communication skills
- Ability to approach members of the public to engage in short face-to-face interviews
- Proven track record of being self-sufficient, reliable and committed to completing assigned tasks, while ensuring quality of research
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Provide valid and reliable data for IER to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Outgoing and friendly
- Seeking individuals from a range of backgrounds and age groups
