About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will work in our Client Services team to assist in managing a portfolio of charity partners, ensuring they receive excellent service, campaigns are managed successfully and Pareto Phone's commitments are met.
You will sit in our account team, receiving support and guidance from all the way from our Head of Client Services through to the Account Director and Account Manager who you will be assisting on their multi-million dollar client portfolios.
In return you will get to work in a team with a vibrant agency culture to gain unique experience and become an expert in how fundraising campaigns are delivered; from initial proposal, through to delivery. You will be given the opportunity to progress in our quickly growing company structure, as well as travel and meet interstate clients and leaders in the fundraising industry.
About You
The role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to build experience and a career in an agency setting. Previous experience in a similar Account/Campaign Executive role is favourable, however not absolutely necessary. We're interested in you if you have:
- Proven planning and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and numerical accuracy with good attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret reports and graphs
- The ability to communicate effectively, in English, face to face, by letter, email and phone with charities, colleagues and suppliers
- A high level of computer literacy and are comfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products
- The willingness & ability to learn and gain new skills through on the job training and personal development
