Are you a creative writer and editor looking for an ongoing contract with a market leading organisation?
Your new company
My client is a market leader within the tourism industry. Due to a specialised project, they are looking for a Writer and Editor to join their team for an ongoing contract role.
Your new role
Working collaboratively with the team, you will write and edit content, prepare copy for itineraries and packages for their website and guest documentation. This role will showcase your creativity and ability to write in short and long form. You will have outstanding attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple tasks all whilst working to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a fast writer, well-versed in standard editorial operations and have a sophisticated understanding of the digital publishing. Above all you’ll write original content that stands out from the crowd and have a real passion for engaging and award-winning content.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven creativity in your writing with a portfolio to showcase
- Exceptional attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to start Immediately in the CBD
- Passion and interest in local and international travel, new technologies and communications platforms
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
