The Role:
In this role you will predominantly be responsible for promoting and positioning the organisation's product range through the development of campaigns and collateral.
With the assistance of external and internal support networks, you will work closely with the needs of the National Sales Team to ensure Sales Consultants are well equipped with branded content to convey the effectiveness of the product range.
Working to the company's strategic marketing plan; social media, website maintenance, e-marketing, event management, press advertising/editorial, radio campaigns and internal communications will also fall within your role scope. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advise on and initiate projects that link to the overall objectives of the Australian operations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position you will have experience in a marketing role (preferably business to business) where you have implemented effective, practical and pragmatic campaigns. It's also important that you have an interest in the agricultural industry; or at least the idea of working within the industry is of appeal.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in producing quality work, balanced with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines as required.
Basic editing skills in Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop and other graphic software packages is required for the development of social media content and any 'quick turn-around' collateral requirements.

Salary:
The salary on offer will be commensurate with years of experience combined with the ability to demonstrate a high degree of practical competency in the role.
